Builders CoNCH3 30 Year Reunion.

October 12, 2018 @ 8:00 pm - 11:30 pm NZDT

The same lineup that recorded the CoNCH3 LP, perhaps the Builders” most popular album, performs a reunion gig at Dark Room on Friday October 12th, hard on Bill Direen’s return from a tour of the USA.
Greig Bainbridge has been a mainstay of various Builders lineups since
the mid-80s, bringing distinctive harmonies and clarity of bass to the
different bands. He has remained in Christchurch most of his life, where he
teaches music and coaches football (the round kind).
Stuart Page has carved a career as filmmaker (The Story of an Otara
Millionaire,)

as a graphic designer of posters and record covers, and as player manager of another Christchurch band, The Axemen.
The trio recorded the major part of the album CoNCH3 at Progressive Studios in Auckland, where it was engineered by Terry King, a late-lamented legend among sound engineers. The group promises to play all the songs from the album, such as The Alligator Song and Holydays https://www.youtube.com/watch?
