S.O.S Expo – Save our Selves, Stuff, Sanity and Suburb!
The purpose of the S.O.S Expo is to empower you, the citizens of the shore suburbs with knowledge on how to take care of your property, personal safety, and mental health.
We aim to provide an event in which members of the community can come to learn from experts in their areas about these important topics, as well as fostering community spirit.
There is no need to be afraid, if you are prepared.
Are you interested in setting up a Neighbourhood Watch group? We will teach you how. Come ready to learn from the local Police, Fire service, Labor MP Poto Williams, PB Tech, Christchurch City Council, Civil Defence and more. There will be refreshments and parking.
It is up to us as a community to arm ourselves with information on keeping ourselves safe. Come to the Expo to learn how!
