Tim Bower Kanna Yabusaki Duo w. Mike Kime

Tim Bower originally from Christchurch and now based in Japan, will be joined by pianist Kanna Yabusaki and local bass player Mike Kime for this concert. The trio performed their first concert together in October 2016 and will return to play their new set of original jazz music inspired by Tim and Kanna’s life experiences in Japan. Tim has been in Japan for the past eleven and a half years, in which time he has played with some of the countries top talent including performances with Jeff Curry, Glynis Martin, Riccardo Lovatto, Jamba Castro, Motoyoshi Ozawa and many others. The trio welcome you to share in capturing a unique snapshot of life through their music.
