About Gardna:

Gardna is a Bristol-based artist known for his genre-defying approach to music and energy-driven live performances. As an MC and songwriter, he blends elements from across the entire sound system spectrum to create a unique brand of sound and lyricism. His musical journey has taken him around the globe, spanning from underground scenes to mainstream stages.

In summer 2023, Gardna made a significant mark by performing at over 30 festivals, including Glastonbury, Boomtown, Exit Festival, NASS, Boardmasters, and WE ARE Festival. He also took over several renowned clubs such as Printworks, Drumsheds, Motion, XOYO, and WAH Ibiza.

Gardna’s sophomore album, Time & Space, garnered critical acclaim, with BBC Radio 1 naming him their Future Artist of the Month. The praise continued as Gardna won a BBC Radio 1 Dance Award and his track ‘Past & Present’ was crowned Mini Mix of the Year. He also curated a Peak Time Mix for Future Dance with Sarah Story, receiving airplay across the BBC Radio 1 daytime roster and earning multiple accolades, including Track of the Week, Charlie Hedges’s Hottest Record, and Jeremiah Asiamah’s Coldest Record.

A master of collaboration, Gardna has worked with notable artists such as Sigma, DRS, and Gentleman’s Dub Club. He continues to expand his creative partnerships with upcoming collaborations with Toddla T, Eats Everything, Pola & Bryson, Kasra, and more.

Gardna is renowned for delivering incendiary live shows, having performed worldwide across Europe, the USA, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. His UK album tour in 2022 included 10 headline dates, including a sellout show at the Trinity Centre in Bristol. His live performance is versatile, easily shifting from intimate club settings to mainstage stages. In 2024, Gardna will continue this momentum with a ‘Time to Move’ AV show and headline performance at The Marble Factory in Q1.

Gardna has received widespread support on platforms like Spotify, where he’s featured on several editorial playlists including New Music Friday, Massive Drum and Bass, Bassline Bangers, Naughtiest Tunes of 23′, Altar, Long Live DNB, EA FC 24 + Fifa 23, Run n Bass, New UK Garage, Shy FX Track ID’s, and Apple Music’s DNB and New In Dance.
