This is not a wellness workshop.

This is not a lecture on chakras.

We’re taking over a nightclub, before the crowd comes in, for an unfiltered evening of:

🗣 Vocal expression, scream, sigh, shout, sound (your way)

🔥 Embodied movement that doesn’t ask you to look good, just feel real

This is a space to release pressure, not perform.

To move emotion, not explain it.

To feel anger, frustration, power, sadness, whatever is alive in you.

We call it a drop, not just for the music, but for what we’re letting fall.

This is for the woman who’s held it in too long.
