The Band who came together in 2016 in Wellington, are drawn together for their combined love of making music to move and connect people. The result that has captivated audiences at their shows, is a powerful infusion of vintage psychedelia with elements of funk dub rock, soul, ska and reggae.
With an organic, rocking sound that has been storming stages and filling rooms over the past few years. Blue River Baby pull together an epic group of groove monsters and deliver a unique, addictive sound with brilliant results that will have moving. BRB are ‘Dianna Ross’ like Ivy Padilla (Panda) Lead vocals, Cam Crawford Keys and vocals, Jason Hotton Drums, Dave Bamford Bass, Matt Fitzpatrick Guitar, John Gaulter Sax and woodwind.
BRB have built a strong and loyal grass roots following, they love to play live, feeding off the crowd’s energy and delivering an impressive show each time. Their biggest gig to date was as main headline act for NYE in Nelson where they delivered an electric set of originals to 20,000 party revellers keeping them on their feet well into 2019.

Devon is an underground up and coming NZ artist from the K?piti Coast. Being lured out of the jam room, you’ll find him smashing out high energy sets fused with hip hop funk and soul with the crowd always absolutely vibing.
Bringing some of the best to the stage – He will be joined by Wellington favourites Jo Jenkins (guitarist) and Keanu Te Kawa (drummer) of H4LF C?ST whilst featuring the legendary freshness of Harrison Scholes (bass) offering up an experience more powerful than the planeteers combined!

This Upliffting Freestyle DJ and M.C is a member of (Bass Frontiers Wellington) MC Wizzard has worked with Renegade Noise (Dublin), Radio One U.K (Fabio and Crissy Criss). He’s also played sets across NZ with local and visiting international DJ’s. He’ll be bringing the energy until the early hours.
