Chris William, Monique Aiken and Ellie Oak – Wunderbar

Chris William blends together the worlds of soul, folk and pop music into a lush soundscape of swirling synthesizers, bass guitar wizardry and honest songwriting. This performance marks the debut of a new collection of songs.

Monique Aiken has self released two albums, both of which were long-listed for the prestigious Taite Music Prize. Her poetic, honest and haunting vocals hark back to her Celtic folk roots.

Ellie Oak are an acoustic singer songwriter trio led by Nicola and Simon Hart. Their sound is influenced by the folk giants of old. With the hope to induce nostalgia in their listeners, Ellie Oak love telling a story to a mellow tune.
