Don’t Call Me Eighties is the brainchild of George FM DJ Grant Marshall.
Created out of a love of house music and a nostalgic passion for the songs of his extended youth (do we ever ‘grow up’)
Expect the finest 80s cuts with a sprinkling of 70s and 90s, original versions, remixes, re-edits, bootlegs, mash-ups and more!
We WILL play your favourite Eighties Anthems, we will play big Club Tracks from the era, we will play songs that transport you to your teenage years (or thereabouts).
Big synths, big hair and big sing-along.
Dress up is encouraged (but not compulsory) however your bestest dancing shoes are a must.
Don’t Call Me Eighties’ aim is to bring an older audience back out into cool nightclub spaces with music and people they can resonate with, this is the night you need.
