Deep Notion, comprised of Adam Cooper and Christian Samonte-Martin, has quickly become one of New Zealand’s most exciting producer and DJ talents. Their rise to prominence includes releases on labels such as Viper Recordings, Device, DARKMTTR Records, and ProgRAM, with two tracks reaching number 1 on the Hypeddit charts. Their music has been featured at major festivals like Glastonbury, Let It Roll, Boomtown, and Hospitality, with support from UKF, DNB Allstars, Shogun Audio, Hospital Records, and more.
Deep Notion’s high-energy sets have garnered support from industry giants like Andy C, A.M.C, Kanine, Koven, Pendulum, Metrik, S.P.Y, and Matrix & Futurebound. They have headlined tours in New Zealand and Australia, performed at major NZ festivals such as Rolling Meadows, Mayhem Open Air, and Urban Jungle, and appeared on international and domestic radio stations including BBC Radio 1, KissFM, KoolFM, and GeorgeFM.
