DESCRIPTION:Join Ravines for a moody and mellow evening of somber melodies\, emotionally driven ballads and ethereal vocal layers. With support from local Christchurch artist Morgan La Fae\, come along and snuggle in with a cheeky glass of red for some haunting vocal performances. \n— \nRavines\, formerly known as Ophelia\, emerged as a collaborative effort between composer/producer Patrick Shanahan and singer/songwriter Alex Louise in the mid-2000s. The duo produced three electronically-driven EPs with Warner NZ\, Rebull NZ and others\, before taking a break in 2017. \nTransitioning into a solo endeavor\, Alex Louise now spearheads Ravines\, drawing from her roots as a folk artist during her solo performance days.
