SansTribe ‘Heading East’ EP Release

After 2 years, and over 300 shows SansTribe are finally releasing their 2nd EP days before going on an extended hiatus. After performing events such as Rhythm & Alps 2016, TEDx Christchurch, the Canterbury A&P Show, winning the 2015 Freeze Your Bits Off Busking competition, this two piece tribe has grown to a larger full band ensemble. Consisting of Daniel Pfeifer on acoustic guitar and vocals, Nick Stone on electric guitar and vocals, Thom Mcmenamin on keys and vocals, Anand Jazzfish Yoganathan on Bass and vocals, and Hoani Smith on Drums.
The last 5 months have been spent working alongside local Christchurch producer, Kris Muir. His trained and experienced ear brought a maturity to a young and developing sound. From folk to funk, rock to pop this 5 track EP is a labour of love from a local Christchurch independent band.
