DESCRIPTION:Aotearoa born\, UK residing sonic and video artist Ethersonic stages an evening event at Lyttelton Coffee Company as part of an Antipodean tour. Ethersonic will work with local artists to stage an integrated event of sound\, image and word. With a background in site specific expanded cinema and industrial-ambient sound\, Ethersonic will present artist video from the UK and Norway and a set of live ambient-drone-industrial sounds with ambient projections from both sides of the planet. As part of the event local improv and experimental electronic artists will add their own interventions and a collaborative piece to the event under the name Limbic.
