Selecting revolutionary freedom sounds that reaches beyond borders\, jazz\, soul\, dub\, reggae\, Afro\, funk\, gwoka\, deep house\, techno\, disco\, outer national gems and obscure grooves… where music crosses time and space\, joining the dots as Music brings us together (Precious Hall Sound System). \n  \nNoise Section \nNoise Section is a genre-blending trio that performs an eclectic mix of fully improvised music. Their unique style is rooted in the sounds of Jazz\, Dub\, Jungle\, and Dilla-influenced beats. With drums\, bass\, and keys\, Noise Section crafts a tight rhythm section that places a strong emphasis on groove and feel\, utilising dub mixing techniques to create spacey sounds and atmospheric soundscapes. \n  \nSound Salad \nForged and brought to fruition in Mangaroa Valley\, from the depths of Upper Hutt two brothers have found inspiration in Ōtautahi to create the most delicious of sonic waves for your ear holes\, alongside the most groovy saxophonist\, Felix Harrison\, flying the banner of Sound Salad. Through a host of protest songs and dance floor grooves expect dub bass lines and rhythms\, melty guitar licks\, lush keys and a comfort in the unknown with these genre bending bros. \n  \nSano b2b Oliver Prince \nDubstep. \n  \nDoughBoy \nThe doughboy is mixed and shaped before being baked or boiled\, typically dropped into a steaming pot of boil up. DoughBoy serves up a fine selection of swampy\, dark\, dreamlike tunes with generous layers of sub-bass\, drawing one to the shadowy depths of the dance floor. \n
