DESCRIPTION:After a long couple of months\, Stonechild is officially back on the scene with new music and even more energy.\nCome down on the 6th of April for Stonechild’s biggest headlining show yet. With even more energy\, passion and angst than you could hope for in a band.\nJoining them on this night are local acts: \nMonotones – Indie Legends\nRagweed – Heavy Riff Aficionados \nStonechild is the self-described Worst Grunge Band in Ōtautahi. After bursting onto the scene in late 2022 with their debut e.p they played high energy\, intensely passionate shows all over the South Island. In 2023 Stonechild caught a lot of peoples eye after releasing Ram Raiders\, a song that hit the top of the RDU weekly charts for 2 weeks aswell as hitting the SRN top 10 for all of Aotearoa. Stonechild is Dom Anderson\, Rufus Baxendell\, Noah Steffens. \n
