Strangers in a Strange Band

Eclectic street brass.
In early 2015 a group of like-minded musicians hailing from all over the world collided in Auckland to form Strangers in a Strange Band. Celebrating the sounds of brass bands from the streets of the Americas, Eastern and Western Europe, and beyond, the music ranges from funky New Orleans-inspired grooves to blistering odd-metre Balkan tunes, and anything in between.
