The Situations are a garage-pop combo from Papakura. They’ve released three critically lauded albums and a string of sought after 7″ singles. They’ve toured the world, opened for The White Stripes and Dead Moon (among countless others), and they’ve served as the backing band for Wanda Jackson, Ray Columbus and Ray Wolfe. In their downtime they play as Shaft, the much storied band of ex-Axmen legend Bob Cardy. These guys are the real deal and not to be missed.
