Rhomboid has decided to play a local show featuring their original music.\nRhomboid is a Christchurch psychedelic funk trio fronted by the Wizard Ari Freeman on electric guitar and vocals. The songs and music are based around magical themes drawing from funk\, 60’s psychedelia\, alternative rock and Jazz. Interwoven with Ari’s guitar parts are the talents of Mike Fudakowski who plays a 10 string bass\, a unique instrument which allows him to hold down bass parts\, chords and melody simultaneously.\nDoug Brush\, an ex-Chicago session musician completes the trio on drums with his deep knowledge of world music\, time and groove.\n$15 Door. \n
