Detox is a crushing return to the G-Punk sound that the bands fans know and adore. \nOn this highly anticipated tour\, HED P.E. will be delivering an unforgettable assault on the senses\, tearing through both nations with stops in every capital city. \n

SUMMARY:Hide Presents: Kara
DESCRIPTION:Hide is excited to present Kara \n  \nHide Club | 172 St Asaph Street \nFriday 14th February | 10:00pm – 3:00am \nSupport from: Dusty Rhymes\, Bald Statement\, ATTO \nTickets are on sale now! Scoop up an early bird before they’re gone! \n  \nAbout Kara: \nThere aren’t many young DJs in drum and bass who have been making as much noise as Kara has in recent years. While still in her twenties\, Kara has already performed at acclaimed festivals including Hospitality on the Beach\, Rampage Renegade\, and Westfest\, and has toured as far as New Zealand. But the Beaconsfield-based artist is only just getting started. \n  \nIt began with Kara cementing her name as a renowned selector during lockdown after her live streams garnered masses of interest from the wider D&B scene\, and it has resulted in Kara becoming one of the most booked young artists in the scene – regularly featuring on line-ups for DnB Allstars\, Worried About Henry\, and Breakin Science. Whether it’s her ability to lay down frantic three-deck mixes oozing energy\, or her clear appreciation of the jungle roots underpinning the music she plays\, a Kara DJ set never fails to entertain. \n  \nWhile DJing is the way Kara’s name has gained momentum over recent years\, building a reputation as a producer is the next chapter for this ambitious artist. With early releases to her name including a remix of DJ Phantasy & Doktor’s “Junglist” (with one million streams on Spotify)\, and an ID-demanding bootleg of Biscits’ “Your Body\,” the early signs are looking bright for this young talent. Don’t be fooled by Kara’s small discography though. This artist has been working on her production since before her DJ career kicked off. \n  \nWith a grounded sense of music appreciation stemming from Kara being exposed to jungle at an early age by her mum\, and a motivation to champion music spreading enjoyment\, expect intelligent\, upbeat productions causing reactions in the dance on Kara’s journey ahead – and much more of the unquestionable DJ energy the D&B scene has come to love. \n
