We warmly invite you to join us for "Moodshift" – a playful pop-up event series every weekday lunchtime 12-2pm from the 7th-11th December. Location: Cashel Mall (nearest 124 Cashel Street). Based on the "Five Ways to Wellbeing", the series aims to support positive wellbeing amongst inner-city workers – encouraging you to take a micropause, and offering an invitation to participate in fun.
