CDD are back in Otautahi to give you your next injection of underground ear candy to take you to planet JuJu.
The last event was an absolutely incredible! but do we have something extra special in the bag for you!! Not only have we got brought in some of Otautahi finest selectors! We are also stoked to announce we have THE LONELIEST HUNK making his first appearance for CDD and also the south island since his stint in party hotspots in London & Ibiza. While there he was perfecting his craft and playing his incredible Edits,Reworks and Original tracks.

Shrouded in mystery and dressed up in an enigma, this music originator loves making connections through music. The Loneliest Hunk blends the sounds of house, disco, indie dance and electronica to bring you music with joy, happiness and a bit of grunt. All the things to make you dance and smile.

He has been working in the edits/reworks scene for the last few years with releases on Discoholics Anonymous and That’s Not an Edit. His work has garnered plays from a wide following around the world including the legendary Collen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy, Craig Charles on his BB6 Funk and Soul radio show, and on the home front, GeorgeFM & BaseFM care of Bavhu, DiCE_NZ & Murry Sweetpants.

After recently returning home to NZ, a gig at Waipu-Palooza this year showed that his time in London and Ibiza honing his craft was well spent. Originals and remixes are on their way including a remix of a huge kiwi house classic slated for summer.

On Support is none other than Otautahi’s favourite Selector….. Willy Styles.
Willy is one if Aotearoa’s finest and a Otautahi staple with an impressive musical resume dating back to his early teens. As a avid collector of music he has an incredibly diverse range in Music, playing everything and anything. For CDD he is playing a carefully curated Disco set dug deep from his collection. we are super exited to see what he has in store

Next on the wheels of steel, guiding us on our journey is CDD’s own……TOBY.
Disco aficionado TOBY Growing up he was called to an openness of multiple elements in music; with a particular selection in Disco. Drawn into the groove of the millennium era greatly entrenched a passion for the Disco, Funk ,Soul genre. Over the years he has harnessed his unique flare in the music industry, thus sanctifying the birth of a groovy new energy to the dance floors of Aotearoa.

Warming us up and getting you moving the right way is Rosa De Lune. With a love for all things music she knows how to get you shuffling. Predominately known for her bass house sound she has a passion for all things funky too!
Hailing from the bonnie banks of loch Lomond (literally) Rosa has been wowing crowds both home and abroad with her diverse range of music. Cannot wait to see what she has in store
