NZ Jazz – The Vocal Experience
For one of her last performances of 2024, jazz vocalist Betty Barouni has created a show with original Jazz music from around New Zealand. Originally instrumental songs have been rearranged for vocals with brand new lyrics, written by Betty. Music includes work from Callum Allardice, Cameron Finlay, Darren Pickering Small Worlds and SPACE FOE. Supporting Betty are Jono Blackie (drums), SungWoo Han (piano), Theo Henderson (double bass).
